Processing & Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Restock Orders: For products that are temporarily sold out, please allow up to 15 business days for processing and shipping once restocked.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Delivery times may vary depending on your region and the carrier’s schedule. Please note that delays may occur during high-volume seasons, holidays, or due to carrier service disruptions beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping

PurfectSkyn currently ships throughout the United States.

Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available. We look forward to expanding worldwide soon.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Pre-Orders & Restocks

If you purchase an item during a pre-order or restock period, the estimated shipping timeframe is up to 15 business days.

Orders containing both in-stock and restock items will ship once all items are available.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

PurfectSkyn is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier, but we will gladly assist you in filing a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing items), please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving your order.
