8. What’s your return or refund policy?
PurfectSkyn wants every customer to feel confident when trying our skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to PurfectSkyn. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund may be issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, PurfectSkyn reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or reshipment request that does not meet our return requirements.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and photos of the damaged item.
