About Us
Dr. Alyssiah Robinson is the powerhouse behind Purfect Skyn, but her journey began far from the beauty industry. Abandoned by her parents at a young age, Alyssiah grew up in foster care. At 19, Alyssiah was a single mother and financially broke. Finding the strength to leave an abusive relationship and overcome depression, she turned to education to lift herself up. Alyssiah put herself through college, earned her MBA, and, as of 2026, the mother of five is pursuing her doctorate in Business Administration. Her story is one of resilience, hope, and a deep commitment to creating something better for the next generation. Purfect Skyn was born from that same commitment.
The Story Behind Purfect Skyn Day Glow
Alyssiah started her company, Purfect Skyn, after struggling to find a safe and effective product to relieve her youngest son’s painful eczema when nothing on the market worked. That personal journey took four years of research and development and led her to unveil Day Glow, the one-of-a-kind, plant-based skincare line. DayGlow is multi-functional, designed to hydrate, protect, and soothe sensitive skin. The formula is rooted in real results, helping to bring out your skin’s natural glow.

THE TEAM
Ruth Robinson | COO & Business Advisor
With an MBA and over 30 years of leadership in the banking industry, Ruth Robinson brings a wealth of strategic insight and operational excellence to Purfect Skyn. Her career spanned every level of financial services—from Branch, International and Corporate banking, Middle Market Customer Service, Training, and Operations management—culminating in her role as Vice President and Operations Manager. After retiring, Ruth opened a small business and deepened her commitment to community service through the Littlerock Town Council and Chamber of Commerce. For more than a decade, she has also served as an Independent Insurance Broker. At Purfect Skyn, Ruth continues her lifelong passion for guiding others toward success by offering mentorship, structure, and vision to help our brand grow with intention and honesty.
Randy McKinley is a strategic, hands-on executive with over 26 years of experience transforming companies into world-class, profitable business units—both domestically and internationally. At Purfect Skyn, Randy serves as a fractional CFO, bringing clarity, structure, and financial guidance to help scale the brand with confidence and purpose. Randy is also the founder of The Company Doctors and has held leadership and advisory roles with globally recognized brands, including Kraft/Nabisco, PepsiCo/Frito- Lay, Papa John’s, Domino’s, Windsor Foods, and Lee Kum Kee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. A respected educator and thought leader, Randy is a guest lecturer and content contributor for the Pepperdine Graziadio MBA program and serves on the UC Irvine Advisory Board for Customer Experience.
Eileen Frere-McKinley | Public Relations Manager
Eileen Frere-McKinley brings over 20 years of experience in storytelling and communications, having worked as a trusted broadcast journalist with KABC-TV in Los Angeles, KOMO-TV in Seattle, and CBC Television & Radio across Canada. Eileen knows how to craft authentic, compelling stories that truly connect. At Purfect Skyn, Eileen helps guide clear, confident messaging—to share the story of our company, the people behind it, and the journey forward. She holds a combined degree in Journalism and Law from Carleton University.
